Did 24 miles on my bike in about 2 hours. Did that solve anything?

You're on top of things Rony.
So, I made this plan to pre-bowl with my team at 9am today. Usually we bowl Fridays, but this Friday is the 4th of July, so... yeah. Anyway, turns out that the darn place didn't open until 11am. Son of a...

How much of my life am I in control of? Do outside factors control my decisions more than they should?
Ideally, I'd be dedicating ALL of my time to studying, and only studying. But instead, I feel this need to accomplish other tasks. I'd rather figure out what I want to do with my bike, what I want to sell, what I want to buy, how I want to organize my things, stuff like that. Seems like a bunch of material crap. Ah, at least I don't waste money on a bunch of stupid things. Most of it seems useful.
Perhaps this is my way of distracting myself from caring about companionship. But... when I do find myself resting in bed, I do end up thinking about her anyway.
Silly life.

Wikipedia:
Short-term solitude is often valued as a time when one may work, think or rest without being disturbed. It may be desired for the sake of privacy.
A distinction can be made between physical and mental seclusion. People may seek physical seclusion to remove distractions and make it easier to concentrate, reflect, or meditate. However, this is not necessarily an end in and of itself. Once a certain capacity to resist distractions is achieved, people become less sensitive to distractions and more capable of maintaining mindfulness and staying inwardly absorbed and concentrated.
Still, long-term solitude is often seen as undesirable, causing loneliness or reclusion resulting from inability to establish relationships. Furthermore, it might even lead to clinical depression. However, for some people, solitude is not totally depressing. Still others (e.g. monks) regard long-term solitude as a means of spiritual enlightenment. Indeed, marooned people have been left in solitude for years without any report of psychological symptoms afterwards.

Fell off my bike on Tuesday. That was nice.
Why am I obsessed with the sorting of things, and organization in general? The outcome is awesome, but the thought process and work can be demanding. Why do I do it?
